We collect anonymous usage data from users of the website to monitor traffic and from users of the plugins to help improve the products. Anonymous crash reports are collected from the plugins to help fix bugs. With your permission we may use your email address to inform you of new features and products. If you do not wish to receive these emails you can opt-out using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. When you purchase a licence, your email address and licence key are stored so that they can be retrieved in the case of a lost licence key. We may email you notices in relation to your licence. We use a third-party payment processor so no credit card information is stored on our servers.
Use of Data
We use the information we collect to operate and improve our website, plugins and customer support. We do not share personal information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to accomplish Protowire's functionality.
