By purchasing and using our software, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service.
Licence
A purchase of a licence grants you the use of the Pro version of the plugin on one device at a time. You will receive updates for one year from the date of purchase. After which you can continue to use the plugin but will need to renew your licence to continue to receive updates. A new version of Sketch might break your out-of-date version of the plugin in which case you will need to renew your licence to receive the latest version of the plugin.
Refunds
To test if the plugin meets your needs you can download the plugin for free. Once you purchase a licence refunds are only allowed if the software has a major fault that stops you from using it as intended and the request is made within 14 days of purchase.
Payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Warranty Disclaimer
The software is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The software is not guaranteed to be without bugs but if you report a bug we will do our best to fix it.
Limitations
In no event shall Protowire be liable for any damage (including without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to interruption of business) arising out of the use of using our software.
Modifications
We may revise these terms of service at ant time without notice. By using our software you are agree to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
